We bought the Meminto wedding book before the invitations because we wanted our guests to start working on the book before the wedding. However, it would have also been possible to offer it directly at the ceremony or to distribute the access there so that the book could be created after the wedding.
The access to the book was purchased and given to our guests with the invitation. Now some questions were waiting for them. Answered were how they met us, what was the first impression, what anecdotes and stories they experienced with us. Fortunately, we recorded them all in this book, from the stories at the wedding party I have already forgotten everything.

Awaken the anticipation even before the wedding
Even before the wedding, the questions were answered diligently. Everyone was able to answer every question. The most diverse stories came to light. The matching pictures were also uploaded. Pictures that I had hoped would have been deleted long ago. But somehow there are nice memories associated with them.
The answers before the wedding were mainly written on the computer. The app was then used more at the wedding.
The big day
Finally it was here and we could celebrate our big wedding party. The wedding book from Meminto also had its place at the celebration. It was valuable that already written answers about getting to know each other or from the days before the wedding could be recited.
We had also distributed access at the wedding and so our guests could continue working on our wedding book during breaks using the Meminto app. They could directly record the funniest contribution or give their opinion on the wedding cake.
The final moves
After the wedding, the biggest stress is over. We were on our honeymoon and our closest circle took care of all the last organizational things. The guests who didn’t find time to fill out the special guestbook at the wedding, we were able to contact them super easily through Meminto. We reminded them via the notification function that they still had time to answer the questions. However, since we wanted to finish the book after the honeymoon, we gave them a time limit. For sure, it’s also a great way to make guests aware when handing out thank you cards.
The finishing touch
After everyone has written their answers, we could finish the book. We took another look at all the images in the media preview to check them. In the preview, we could make all the settings of the content. We were able to decide the fonts, sizes and colors. We were also able to edit the cover and the back cover. After setting and checking everything, we looked at the final PDF and our wedding book could go to print.
Our conclusion
The Meminto wedding book enriched our wedding and the start of our marriage. It is not uncommon that after marriage, other (friendly) relationships suffer for the time being. Through the book, however, we had very special stories from our friends. Reading these stories a few weeks after our wedding was a small reminder that we should not forget our friends.
We are happy that with the help of the wedding book we could see our wedding through the eyes of our guests. It makes us relive the wedding over and over again. Our guests also celebrated the wedding book! It made them feel like they were a very special part of our wedding.
