Revocation
Excluding the right of revocation
All the products we offer are made to customer specifications, especially the products made to your wishes: The Meminto Stories Life Story Books, Childhood Memory Books, Book for Mom & Dads, Travel Memory Books, Memorial Books, Love Story Books or Wedding Guest Books. With regard to these products, the right of the consumer to revoke a distance selling contract according to § 312 d IV No. 1 BGB is excluded.
If a product is not made according to our own quality standards, you have the right to complain. In this case please contact us, for contact details see below.
For all other products the following right of revocation is valid.
Right of revocation
You can revoke your order within 14 days, if the activation code has not been redeemed, without giving reasons in a written form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or – if the goods have been delivered to you before the deadline – also by returning the goods. The time limit begins after the receipt of this notification in written form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our duty to inform according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in combination with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be addressed to:

Consequences of revocation
In the case of a valid revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) refunded. If you are not able to return the received services and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or cannot return them in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for lost value. For the deterioration of the goods and for the use of the goods, you must only pay compensation if the deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. By “testing the properties and functionality” we mean the testing and trying out of the respective goods, as it is possible and usual in a retail shop. Items that can be shipped as packages are to be returned at our expense and risk. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with receiving them.
