2. Promotion Period
The Black Friday Promotion runs from November 24, 2025, 00:00 hours through December 2, 2025, 23:59 hours (CET). The purchase date of the activation code shall be decisive.

3. Subject Matter of the Promotion
Under this promotion, customers may purchase a Meminto activation code valued at more than $75 for only $9. The code value comprises:

$39.99 for one Digital Meminto Book of choice from the product range at meminto.com/shop
$36 for 3,000 AI Credits

4. Redemption of the Activation Code
The activation code may only be used for creating a new Meminto account and a new digital book. Redemption is effected by:

• registering a new account at memin.to/register and entering the activation code during the registration process, OR 
• adding a new book to an existing account and entering the activation code therein.

Important: The activation code is valid exclusively for new accounts or new books. Redemption for existing or previously commenced books is not permitted.

AI Credits shall be credited immediately upon successful redemption of the code to the respective book. Credits are book-based, not account-based.

5. Validity Period of the Activation Code
The activation code is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. Upon expiration of the validity period, the code shall expire without replacement or compensation.

6. Eligibility
Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 years are eligible to participate. Participation is permitted worldwide, provided that the use of Meminto services is lawful in the respective jurisdiction.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

1. Maximum Quantity: Each order can contain a maximum of 3 activation codes under this promotion.
2. Non-Combinable: The activation code cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
3. Transferability: The activation code may be gifted or transferred to third parties.
4. No Cash Value: Cash redemption of the activation code or refund of the purchase price is excluded.
5. No Conversion: The code cannot be converted into cash or other services.

We endeavor to process requests and resolve issues as promptly as possible.

9. Limitation of Liability
Meminto GmbH shall not be liable for:

• technical malfunctions, server failures, or interruptions beyond Meminto GmbH’s reasonable contro
• loss, delayed delivery, or illegible transmission of activation codes
• damages arising from force majeure, strikes, lockouts, or other unforeseeable events

Meminto GmbH shall use its best efforts to ensure the smooth operation of this promotion. However, there is no legal entitlement to participate in the promotion or to redeem the code.

Liability for damages resulting from willful intent or gross negligence by Meminto GmbH, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents remains unaffected. The same applies to liability for injury to life, body, or health.

10. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. The processing of personal data in connection with this promotion shall be conducted exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Modification and Termination of Promotion
Meminto GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or prematurely terminate this promotion at any time without stating reasons, insofar as this is necessary for legal or technical reasons.

12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and the entire promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be, to the extent legally permissible,
