How do I use the Meminto activation code?

Have you received a Meminto activation code by e-mail or as a gift? Here you will find all the information you need about the activation code.

Use an activation code to start the book with a new account

You can use the activation code in two ways: Enter it in either in the smartphone app (search for Meminto Stories in your app store) or in the web browser at https://memin.to/register.

If you do not yet have the app or do not yet have a Meminto account, we recommend that you simply do it in the browser and create your new account there. Later, you can also log in to the app with your access data.




After entering your information, you will be guided through the process and can start writing your book in three minutes.

If you already have an account

If you already have an account, you can use an activation code to start a new book:

Make sure you are logged into your Meminto account
On a computer, click on "Add new book" at the top right (on a smartphone, the entry is hidden in the browser at the bottom of the menu (on the left side))
Enter the name of your new book and the activation code in the corresponding field

If you are working with the smartphone app

In our app for OS and Android, proceed as follows:

If you don't have an account yet:

Install the app on your smartphone and create a Meminto account with your e-mail address (or via Google or Apple login)
When choosing your book topic, please scroll all the way down. There you will find a button to enter the activation code ("I have an activation code")
Enter it and follow the next steps

If you already have the app and an account:

Just click on the big plus symbol at the bottom of your smartphone and select "Add new book"
