How do I delete the meminto account?

If you encounter any problems or defects, we would ask you to contact support first. We can certainly find a solution for you. If you still want to delete your account, you can find the instructions here.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • In a browser, log in to your account at meminto.com/app.
  • Click on “Account & Settings” in the menu.
  • Now click on “Settings”.
  • There you will find the button “Delete account”.

  • If you click there, a new window will appear. There you can enter the reason for your deletion. We would be very happy about that, because it can help us to develop Meminto further.
  • Enter your e-mail address.
  • Important: Existing credit expires, already paid books will not be refunded.
  • Click on “Delete account” to delete your account irrevocably.

Do you have a book with participants? Then you have to remove all participants before deleting.

If you haven’t bought a book yet, your account will be deleted automatically after 3 weeks. Likewise, if you do not convert your trial version into a full version.
